As a young, newish homeowner replacing a roof from wind & hail damage was a daunting task. From the very first phone call through the end of the process, the entire team at Signature Exteriors demonstrated encyclopedic knowledge, incredible responsiveness, and remarkable customer service throughout the entire process. I am so immensely glad I chose them as my contractor for this project, and would recommend them highly to anyone. Nick did the inspection & showed me video & pictures from the drone that flew over the house. John handled the office side of things, walked me through the insurance claim process as well as the day-of repair schedule. The team that replaced the roof arrived early in the morning and was finished in one day. They worked quickly, efficiently, and the workmanship is absolutely stellar - a fine upgrade from the roof they replaced. Again, I recommend them with the highest regard for how they run their business and the value they bring to roof repair & replacement.

Incredible- there is nothing but positive words for this company! Each person I interacted with (Michael Henry and Isaac Hinson) were professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They did a thorough inspection of my roof, helped me file the insurance claim, met with the insurance adjuster, negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf, and had an incredible crew to replace the roof. The entire process was so easy and flawless. I have already recommended them to several neighbors. This company has earned every single "A" rating it has and continues to earn them.

A+++ amazing experience! I have never encountered a company that operates at the level that Signature Exteriors, Inc does, boy they are incredible! My family was in need of a roof replacement. They handled everything from working directly with insurance and adjusters to help with any claims, to doing a superb onsite job with stellar communication along the way. If you get a chance to work with Nick, Isaac, John and Stephanie you will not regret it! Any questions that I had was immediately answered or followed up by their amazing office admins. In addition, every day that there was work or outstanding items, their admins would reach out via phone AND email to detail everything. Any change to scope or plans were instantly communicated and made aware of before starting. The entire job was done in a little over a day, with a great attention to clean up. I didn't find any nails! The entire team and company's attention to detail is surely unmatched in this space! Really this review will never adequately summarize the amazing job that they did. Would absolutely recommend and do business with again!

The end-to-end experience was great, including the initial consultation with Michael, coordination of the work with my insurance and execution of the work. We are very pleased with the quality and final product!

This company was great. The owner came out personally to inspect my roof and found that the damage was caused by storms. He worked with my insurance company and got them to pay for most of it. The new roof has been on now for about half a year and as best I can tell it is doing great. Everyone at the company was easy to work with and Michael Garrie in particular did a great job at making it all happen. I would definitely be going to them again first if I need any additional roof work.

From Michael Henry who inspected the roof, measured the gutters, went over pricing, to the guys who performed the work, down to the office personal, everyone was fabulous! You don't find many companies out there like this. Everyone was more then polite, efficient, thorough and the job was completed prompt with no issue. I highly recommend them!!

Signature Exteriors did a great job. They were prompt in responding to my request through Angie's list. They came out the same week and inspected the roof. Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing.

From the initial call to wrapping up the project, Signature Exteriors was fantastic to work with and very professional in all of their communication and scheduling. Very detailed oriented and friendly. All appointment times were on schedule or if delays due to traffic occurred, they were in contact immediately. I had a lot of questions that Nicholas answered very promptly even during his off hours. Nicholas explained what I needed and what additional options I could consider but never pushed anything. I am very happy with SE and would highly recommend. No surprise they have so many positive reviews!

Signature Exteriors was very much so knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project. They were professional, on time, accurate, and they provided a quality system. I was most satisfied with the product manager details. The details they took of the job before and after by filming everything. I think that was impressive. Their use of a drone is very profitable. They were all outstanding. The ones on site, the project manager, the control team, and the salesperson were all great. There wasn't a lapse on the team, and that is hard to do. I am in a sales performance business, and there wasn't a lack on their team. It was a real treat to meet them. I started from scratch and did research. They were true to form from beginning to end, and that was great.
